Constructed of galvanized steel the offset design removes the chance of bulging drywall while the break-away tab accommodates 2-1/2” or 3-1/2” studs. Complies w/ NEC Article 300-4(d) & CEC Rule 12-3012 regulations when used for intended applications. 16” Outlet Box Mounting Bracket 16” Outlet Box Mounting Bracket allows for installation of an electrical box or plaster ring at any point between two wall studs. Constructed of durable steel, the bracket attaches to studs up to a distance of 16” C-C. Design allows any 4” square or 4-11/16” square box or plaster ring (sold separately) to slide left to right between the studs for a perfect location every time. 24” Outlet Box Mounting Bracket 24” Outlet Box Mounting Bracket allows for installation of an electrical box or plaster ring at any point between two wall studs. Constructed of durable steel, the bracket attaches to studs up to a distance of 24” C-C.
